Lord Jonathan isn't talking to me for Airstrike?

    Hi. So I collected all the materials for Corsair skill Airstrike beforehand and then talked to lord Jonathan but he just says something and ends then conversation. Is this quest bugged? Do I need to request the skill in character issues? Thanks

    You mention that you've collected the materials before picking up the quest and then talked to lord Jonathan. Have you actually talked to Bart first? I don't see you mentioning that part.
