Among my stacks of ability point resets, I have a stack of 44. If I move this stack into my item inventory, the number gets reduced to 41, I know that isn't a lot at this current point in time but it makes me worried about losing more. With that said, if I move it back into the cash shop inventory and leave then re-open cash shop it appears again only to get reduced if there is another attempted move. I used to store all my ability point resets in here incase of accident drops, etc but apparently right now it isn't safe to do so and god forbid it happens on a greater scale for other people which is why I think this is classed as major.
