Losing my HT virginity+Zak trio partners

    Hi, I'm a lvl 182 drk currently with a clean range of ~9.2k.
    CONFESSION: I have never been on an HT run ever.

    So, I'm looking for a pt for my first ever run that'll be willing to guide me abit & shit. Hopefully a permanent one for future weekly/daily runs.

    I'll just give you some tips of things you as a DrK should be aware of:
    • At preheads, do not move until party is there, if you move towards the head too much it will summon and it and party will be unable to join.
    • Preheads have a skill that through lighting/icicle blade animation that essentially 1/1's you. Your pet will not auto pot so make sure you pot if you're hit by those animations. It'll bring you to 2kish hp.
    • Be careful using rush, you will slide off the platform and will die to head touch, prehead and main body.
    • Don't touch legs/tail, they will kill you. Tail buffed does 32k damage. If you end up being seduce, use hero's will if you start going to the right side and legs/tail aren't dead yet.
    • Wings do about 8k-9k even with achilles so be careful of that. Put reindeer milks as your auto pot, and use cheeses/reindeer milks as your secondary pot you manually use.
    • Your placement is on the platform near hand/wings, you stay there until you get a warning the left hand has been damaged, then you can either move to head or go to the right and do wings/hand/head on middle platform (very middle one). Verify with your party if that's okay & that seduce is aware that it will cause double seduce. Everytime you cross through the map, it will cause a double seduce. Think of each hand casting seduce, so when you cross you get put on seduce timer (3 minute at beginning, then every 2 minutes). Do until right hand gets warning then avoid. If you kill hands after warnings you can have mass dispel/mass seduce combos which will wipe your party.
    • If your bishop can't one shot or even two shot black wyverns, make it a priority to kill them. They cause dispel and bishops can die without magic guard if they aren't careful.
    • Use crash as often as you can on hands/heads. Wings buff/head buffs, your crash can dispel it. The def up/atk up buffs will hurt your time considerably if you don't keep that checked. If you want to go to right side your bishop will have to handle it.
    • Each head you can measure hp left by how many black wyversn summon, once black wyverns get summoned 6 times (per head) its close to death.
    Can't think of anything else you would need to know as a drk but hope that helps.

    EDIT: also for pot usage I typically spend about 300 of each pot (use sorc elixers).

    Also also HT takes away your mana, so if you get seduced and you're going to die, just hero will out, its not worth waiting since it can take away your mp and suddenly you can't will out.

    Thanks alot! I'm sure this'll really help me out & maybe other drks who see this, since I've never really seen this level of detail in any drk HT guide on forums.

    I do have 2 questions though:
    1. What is the min hp I should have & look out for during the run? Above 9k to survive wings? Or just enough to survive magic att & heal if I get close to wings

    2. If stance doesn't prevent it isn't it possible to get knocked off on to legs & die? Especially since I'm standing on those tiny platforms when attacking (if I understood placement correctly) & might be crossing

    Edit: 1 more small question- you said to be careful using rush, is there any reason why I would use it or just generally?

    1) I would say keep between 10k-14k, I would dragon roar as well to control this threshold.
    2) It's possible to get knocked but the damage invincibility threshold will make it so you can always easily recover.

    Sometimes people use rush to get to edge of platforms to make sure they are hitting the boss, I dont think that's necessary except maybe for middle head. There are two platforms around the middle head, but you want to stand on the bottom one as it allows you to hit head even when it ducks. The issue is your reach is very strict so you can barely hit the mid head from that place, so you have to make sure you hit the edge of it. It's safe to rush in taht spot because if you fall ull hit the arm which will at most do 6k. You should also be attacking middle head from left side.
