So i played royal around november december and i put money into the account and had my email attached to it, and when ive came to log on this month, its said that there is no account with the email or no email attached with the username i had used, as well as if i went to make a new account with said email it would agree then refuse to accept the new account and say the information i put in is false, i just wanna be able to get my old account back with the nx/rp i had on it. any help please.
