IGN: LePoPo Problem: Loss of Mesos/Items/NX after recovering account from security breach Details: I recently gained access to my account after the security breach, and found that my main character, LePoPo, who I did check sometime last month (because I was coming back from a year long break) and was in Henesys, but now, after the security breach, I'm suddenly in NLC and many things have gone missing. My keybindings were also slightly changed, but I've already put those back in it's normal configuration. I'm sorry I don't have exact details, but I know that I used to have much more in my equipment inventory and I know for a fact that I did have a elemental wand 7 (The one for Ice). There is a single slot missing from both my EQ and USE inventories but I'm sure there are other items that have gone missing as well. On top of that, there are NX items that I did not purchase. Namely, I don't use megaphones, and I haven't opened a shop in over a year, so I'm certain that I didn't buy these. Also the expiration dates on those items are too recent for me to have purchased them. Next, I do remember that I had maxed out the mesos I could hold on my character, so I at least had the over 2 billion or so that one can hold. I've also been voting somewhat consistently over the past 4 years and have amassed over 4 million NX point, but now all of that is basically gone... Again, I'm sorry I don't have exact proof of these things, but I'm certain that this isn't what my account and character should be at. Thank you for providing some additional information! When you logged in last month, did you still have all of your items, or were they missing back then? If you could possibly remember when the last time you had all of your items, was as well as when you logged in and noticed them all missing that would be really helpful for the Admins so they can work on figuring out when it approximately happened.
The last time I logged in to my non-Islander characters was sometime around January 16th, 2021. I know this because it was on that day that I decided to finally join the Islander discord, so it was around then that I came back from my long break. All my characters still had their items and nothing was strange. I didn't really play my non-Islander characters. I just checked them to see what I had, and I think things seemed fine. At the very least, my main character LePoPo was still in Henesys where I left them and none of my keybindings had changed. After that I only played on my islander, YoungLePoPo, and I played it maybe every other day until the start of Feburary (I was still picking up Red Envelopes when I played my islander) and then I stopped for about a week, which is when the account security announcement was made and I no longer had access to my account.
Sorry for the bump, but I just wanted to claifiy, but now that I can access my account again, is it okay to play on it again even if I'm still waiting for action to be taken? I'm a little discouraged from playing my non-Islander characters because of the losses, so I think I'll hold off on those while I'm waiting to see if I can somehow have my things brought back, but I would like to still play my Islander on that account. However, if I do vote on this account or play my islander and level up/ gain items, will those be lost if it's decided that my account needs to be rolled back to recover my lost items/mesos/nx? I'm mostly just unsure of how these recoveries are done for characters that have had losses due to hacking. Thank you!

Also just wanted to confirm again that if any rolling back is necessary, will it affect any voting/progress I make if I were to try playing my account now. I know I can play on my account, but I want to make sure that anything I do won't be affected later on.
Hello, unfortunately there are still no updates at the moment. Admins have previously confirmed that characters aren't directly rolled back, but certain missing items are recovered instead. You should be okay to play on these accounts, but I would be careful to document any important items as well as your NX just in case.
