Hi, during the last server crash I Lost 5k nx that I got from Ephenia boss.. I did Ephenia and got 5k nx then I started the 2nd run and got the dc... Now I logged on and see that I dont have it
The server probably rolled back a few minutes, it usually happens on unexpected crushes. afaik stuff dont offer refunds on issues like this because it would require them a lot of work to refund everyone and it also not always possible for them to prove that you actually got the 5k. but I guess later on you would get an official response that is better than mine
Yes, unfortunately due to the nature of the server outage, we don't have the necessary records to verify the items that may have been lost during the rollback, so we won't be able to refund you for the 5k NX. I'm very sorry about that.
