IGN: Pharsti Problem: Lost black 8th anniversary hairband Details: The black hairband I had ended up in an undroppable state due to a known bug I only learned about today (link below). I tried putting the hairband into the cash shop inventory, exiting shop, and reentering to retrieve it in case that fixed the bug, but it appears that the hairband has disappeared entirely. I relogged afterwards and checked all my inventories (character and cash), and it is still gone. All of my other items appear to be intact. If it helps, I'm making this post roughly 15-20 minutes after the item disappeared. Have forwarded your situation to the Admins to confirm Once confirmed the item is bugged, a refund will be provided
Have the admins had a chance to look at this? I know they're busy so I just want to confirm that it hasn't been forgotten.
This character (Pharsti) should always be logged in and manning a shop, but if you need me to be actively online, I can make myself available during most of the day in the EST timezone. I can stay logged in all day and watching on a second monitor if that makes thing easier. Otherwise you can schedule a time for me to log in. If you want me to suggest a time, how about 10 am EST tomorrow (the 19th) or the next day? I am logged in right now but I think you guys might be busy putting out server fires.

Pharsti should have been sitting in Ludibrium during that time. Were you looking at Cirevam instead? That character was in the FM in a shop. I also didn't see any whispers on either char. I'll disable megaphones and wait some more. Edit: Never mind, I looked at the time stamps and your post was late at night, not in the morning... I'll continue to sit around. What would make it easier for you to know I'm online and waiting? Do I need to use a smega? Double edit: Becca just showed up and refunded the item.
