    If you are unable to reset your password / PIC / PIN via Control Panel,
    as you have forgotten your username or lost access to the email due to the following reason(s) such as

    - unable to receive the email
    - fake / invalid email address
    - lost the email password or unable to login for some reason


    Make a thread only at

    with the following details:

    1) Your character names (IGN):
    2) The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    3) The email address associated with your account:
    4) Your account username (Game Login ID):
    5) Last logged in date (DD-MM-YYYY):
    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Note: Kindly fill in as 'Unknown' for any of the above fields if forgotten, and the Staff will try their best to identify your Royals account.
