Closed Lost account,Please help me

Hello,
Recently i downloaded mapleroyals again after a brief retirement.
i would like to know where can i reset my account password ? i checked every spot on the website and i didnt find it .
tried to get myself linked to it through the in game option of "forgot p/w" in the login screen,i was linked to the same website.
i know the account id and the email i registered with.

my english grammer lacks practice,so if i had any mistakes .. im srry.

well after posting a thread in character issues i understood it was the wrong forum..
even though a game manager saw my post i didnt get a reply..
is it too hard to ask for the place where i can change my password or a reply ?
