Hi All, I understand the rules of posting lost accounts within the 'support requests' section which I have done on Friday 28th. I'm posting here because the only person that has viewed the thread is myself, I'm curious if I've done incorrectly? Alternatively everyone could be quite busy but it does seem like response times on a typical thread are quite prompt. Any response is appreciated.
Nah, you're good It just takes a bit of time, no need to open new threads or reply again. Also, as far as I know a new event is probably in the making as we are getting close to may.
