Ign: miillk Problem: 5-7 Chaos scrolls disappeared from inventory storage keeper Details: I logged on about 2 days ago to play some gacha. I won a cs and went to go put it in my storage keeper in fm. I keep all of my cs there cause im too afraid of accidentally npcing them in my regular inventory. Come to find out that all of my cs that I was saving up for a perfect bow were gone I haven't done any major trading or anything. I play pretty simply and train here and there and last time i checked my storage keeper was about 1-2 weeks ago(all cs were still there). I even checked my other account to make sure i didnt just simply misplace them, they were nowhere to be found tho. They just POOFED I have been dcing a lot if that helps. help :[
Is it only those items? Sounds like an account breach, you should change your password if you haven't already.
Just checked as much as I can and can't see any evidence of another IP address accessing the account. Does seem strange that just those items would have disappeared. Did you move them from storage at any time of have they literally been there for weeks without being touched? You didn't move them around the time of the server crash a couple of days ago?
Hi Matt, last time I moved any cs from my storage keeper was at least a week ago to sell and I only took out 2 to sell. I definitely haven't touched them since then and know I had the rest of them in my inventory for sake keeping cause I saving them up to one day trade for a perfect bow I only noticed they just vanished from my account about 3 days ago, when I went to look at my storage keeper again to add a new cs I won from doing gacha.
The detailed login logs we have that are able to show who has accessed your account were only added quite recently, so in that case there's still the possibility of an account breach. I also noticed another strange thing in the website control panel logs, do you remember failing to log into the website control panel 3 times in a row a couple of months ago, because you were using your email address instead of username?
