Closed Lost Ele wand 6 TMA 188 when transferring to mule

    Hi there, I was transferring an Ele wand 6 (TMA 188) to my mule to sell. I went to retrieve it from the storage on my alt character who had no mesos which caused an error since it had no money. I made some mesos available by selling an equip and went back to get the Ele wand. Somehow, the ele wand disappeared between this transaction. I didn't notice if it disappeared before or after I went to get the mesos. This happened at 9:25PM PST on October 15 and was wondering if I could get some support from a GM when available.

    Oh, I also tried ~buyback to check the NPC shop and it only showed the stonetooth sword I vendor'd to make the mesos to remove items from my storage.

    Unfortunately, I and another staff remember are unable to replicate this. We cannot issue a refund in this case, apologies.
