So on August 9th I gatched a 8 att PGC from Kerning City on cc5! 5 minutes after this i tried using a taxi to go to henesys when my character dced and got stuck. I was not able to log in for another hour along with a lot of other people who got stuck on cc5 that day. After the server check, which was to fix this issue, i logged back on to notice my PGC was gone along with all of the other items I had gatched (I used 35 tickets). It shows my nx was gone but no items..... I was wondering if there is anything that could be done to help recover this item. ( maybe looking back at items gatched during this time) Anything would be greatly appreciated as I am EXTREMELY bummed out losing this item. My ign is JackieMoon if you could somehow look back to check. At the very least I would like to be refunded the nx I lost due to this endeavor, but if I could get the PGC that would be really awesome! Thank you
