IGN: kumapovvvvaa Problem: Dropped Golden Zakum Helmet on accident Details: Clicked on helm and then another window. When I clicked back to the original window the helm was discarded from inventory with no prompt to confirm discarding. This happened on Aug 5th ~7:11:00 server time. Helm is 19str 32dex iirc.

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Or if you would like to schedule a time to meet for the refund then please let us know when is best for you.
