Not replicable Lost item after 2-3 year of hiatus

    Hi, I started playing mapleroyals again after a few years of hiatus. I noticed some of my items were gone in my equips/inventory. one being the deputy star. Can you help me check what's going on and what other items i was missing?

    Unfortunately, the Staff do not provide any refunds for accounts that have been hacked

    I would recommend you to reset PIC / PIN before resuming if you suspect your account security has been breached

    how do you know i was hacked? its not some sort of rollback glitch? please check thoroughly

    Haven't see any cases of rollback glitches

    If you want Staff to investigate the possibility of rollback glitches, you have to provide the name and stats of the missing items for them to identify, how can they check with "some of my items were gone"?

    I mentioned Silver Deputy Star. Please check for that. There's also the Veritable Pendamonium chair. I can't remember any other items since its been years. Again, ign is PortiaLin.
