Closed Lost item after crash and rollback

    Problem :
    I scrolled a 36dex/8str/2slots bm overall right before the crash, and it was gone when I returned.

    Details :
    I scrolled a 36dex/8str blue armis (I'm pretty sure it was armis and not arzuna) with 2 slots left, and the server crashed very shortly after, so no screenshot was taken.

    Gone as in the item is no longer scrolled or the equip + scrolls disappeared?

    We are only able to investigate when items went missing due to a rollback, and provide a refund upon verifying the details
