We will not be able to refund you anything unless we can confirm that it actually disappeared, and going by the details you have given that unfortuntely seems very unlikely. Are you sure it actually disappeared, there haven't been any similar reports so I am more inclined to believe it might have been something you did, one common problem is scrolling something with it and not reading the warning asking if you want to use the White Scroll. Is there any information you can give to how you lost it?
