Closed lost items after using an item smega

    I am posting this for the second time.
    IGN: kevincc
    Problem: lost items--- 9 att/4 slot brown work gloves
    Details: I used an item smega to sell it and then I went offline 17/01/2018. when I go online 18/01/2018 and want to smega to sell it，I found it neither in my bag nor in my storage.
    I completely have no idea why it happened，and I am quite sure I didnt do anything except for trying to use an item smega to sell it.

    Did you drop you glove and a item smega at the same time and loot it as well ?

    no,I didnt drop it and loot it again.I just smega it.

    I’m unable to replicate this & Kevin has confirmed that item smegas consuming items isn’t possible. Do you remember doing anything else with your gloves close to this time frame?

    I am pretty sure of what I did the day before I found it lost:
    1.I smega it
    2.I waited a while to see if there are any offers,I even remebered someone asked me about C/O.
    3.I went offline.
    4.I log on the next day and just could not find it neither in my bag nor storage.
    btw I didnt think I sold it to NPC by mistake cus I just sold 9cs to NPC not long before that time0:):( .

    From your description this sounds like it's due to a player error and not a bug, thus we cannot offer a refund unfortunately. :(
