IGN: JackieMoon Problem: Lost all my gatched items (35 tickets) after a server check Details: On August 9th I used 35 gatch tickets and received 8 att PGC from Kerning City on cc5 along with scrolls and other items. ( no other memorable ones other than a claw att 30%) 5 minutes after this I tried using a taxi to go to henesys when my character dced and was not able to log back on saying it was already logged. I was not able to log in for another hour along with a lot of other people who got stuck on cc5 that day. After the server check, which was to fix this issue, I logged back on to notice my PGC was gone along with all of the other items I had gatched (I used 35 tickets). It shows my nx was gone too, but sadly no items. ~ I have no screenshots sadly as it was 5 minutes after I got it and didn't think to take a screenshot
unfortunately we dont have records of you owning those items so theres nothing we can do for you in this case
