IGN: GodlyPriest Problem: lost items Details: the server crushed and i lost items that i were in storage and on me my wand and earrings and some of my skill books overall and dep star and my shoes also omggg i beg you please help me i dont have any screen shots and im freaking outttt !!
You'll need to provide more details on what you were doing before the server went down for maintenance. Btw, the server didn't crash, it was a scheduled maintenance so everything was saved properly (otherwise we'd be receiving tons of threads regarding lost items).
Hey @Kai thanks for helping me out i told Shane all that happened i can add you to the conversation but ill explain again anyway i was in the storage window taking stuff out putting stuff in storage when the screen froze and i dced i tried to login and couldn't and then i realized there is a server check i waited about 20 min and longed in and i had nothing in the storage like nothing only potions and a pap piece of time or what ever the books and the equips were gone i thought maybe a rollback so i check my character and the equips wasn't there ether so one of my friend from the guild told me to try buyback see if i sold them i did even tough i know i didn't sold the equips they wasn't there in the list then i tried to look for the equips in the fm store npc the one that give you the items you sold and he was empty also i freaked out by that time and guild master told me to contact you guys that only you can help... so you guys my last hope here if you can find them im lost. please guys help me out i haven't played in two days and i keep refreshing the website every 10 minutes to see if there is any response can someone tell me if its like already a work in progress or if i can help with anything at all im just going crazy over here doing nothing @admin @staff
nothing in our logs indicates that the save was corrupted at that date and time nor did anyone else suffer from any problems so the most logical explanation is that you didnt store but you sold them to the NPC
