There was a major malfunction with the hard drive earlier today which caused basically everything possible to crash. The hard disk drive has been replaced and this should not happen again. However, this means that for all hired merchants that were open during the time of the crash, the items were not moved to Fredrick. Check Fredrick first to see if he has your items, make sure you have inventory space. Your merchant may have closed before the crash and may not have been affected by this. If you think you have lost items please follow these instructions: 1) You need to post a thread on the forum in the "Character / Merchant Issues" section. 2) Use the following template or provide the following information. As much as you can remember... Character Name: Item in first slot of merchant: Any other items in the merchant: 3) Please do not open a hired merchant until your items have been recovered. 4) You will receive a reply to your thread once your items have been recovered and they will be retrievable from Fredrick. 5) Failure to follow these instructions will result in the staff not replacing your items.
