Closed Lost my RP Hairstyle

    Hey guys, this is the issue:
    Problem:
    Lost my RP Hair and didn't get a refund
    Details:
    I logged in after the new patch and suprisingly one of my character's hairstyle has changed.
    I don't know how did this happen but only 1 character lost its RP Hair.
    In addition I didn't get the RP Points as a refund.
