Closed Lost NX in trade

Problem: Traded NX and lost it in a frozen trade (which we had to cancel).
Details: Hello, I tried to trade some NX items to my brother, ThisMuffin, and I lost them all in the trade. It just froze up and we clicked cancel. He ended up receiving a "Pet Name Tag" one of five items that were in the trade... Other 4 items that were lost are:

1. Grape Candle
2. Meso Magnet
3. Item Pouch
4. Magic Scales

He received:
1. Wing Boots (in a separate trade on its own, before I traded 5 items together)
2. Pet Name Tag (1 item in a 5 item trade).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
