Hello everyone.. not sure if this is directed to the right page section, sorry if it is not.. So basically the problem is of my own fault, not related to any technical errors in Mapleroyals.. I have created a hotmail account 3 weeks ago, and I have used it to register an account for this game and verified too. After about 3 weeks which are now, I worried that I might have forgotten my email password.. hence I tried logging into hotmail, but I am unable to provide correct password so my email account got blocked from too many wrong password sign-in and I undergo email account recovery procedure, but that still failed for the past 2 days (got rejected)..I should have written down the password in the first place.. haiz...... During my email account creation, I uses certain figures from ascii code to do calculation and certain words referenced from maplestory to form my email password so I am quite confident I will be able to remember password without writing down, but that proves its not a good way hahahaa... So.. after knowing I "lost" my email account, I tried changing the verified email to another one of my existing email, but that needs verification from both sides, hence I am stuck here.. I am wondering if there is any possibility of allowing me to change the email to another email without verification from both side, if I can prove that I am the owner of the account I have created, else... I can only play it without changing password or any other credentials in the future or will probably abandon this account and create a new one to retrain but I am a bit reluctant here because....for the last 3 weeks, I have trained a spearman to level50 got a zak helm too.. , and this account seems to have better scrolling luck (mind me, superstitious) hahahaa If it is possible, I could probably prove that I am the owner by providing information from other 3 of my accounts (using identical ID and password), using two fixed MAC-address (laptop and desktop) and even the ideas to the character's name. Not sure if IP address is feasible, as I am using dynamic public IP.. Anyway, if it is possible, I am keen to provide any information that Mapleroyals would want to know I am still trying to submit recovery forms today, only 2 submits permitted per day..
