IGN: Vodkalicious / DaggerEyes Problem: Lost my 16/79 Red craven when swapping it back and forth between 2 of my characters Details: Since both of the characters are on the same account I was using storage as the transaction method. Had to swap back and forth from characters due to small reasons like, forgot that my new character cant use smegas before level 50, needed to transfer mesos for smegas, and yet when I finally got to click on the item smega on my NL, I noticed the claw was not in my inventory. I also checked the storage as well and my other character. The claw has disappeared. I do not recall selling anything to the NPC since i was only buying from the NPC, some normal smegas and the item smegas. Would appreciate some light on the situation, cause I'm starting to question my memory, this literally happened just a moment ago before writing this.
Sorry for the late response. Unfortunately, we are unaware of any bug which results in normal items disappearing, especially in scenarios like this. We may only assume human error in this case (accidental drop, NPC, lost on a character, etc.) Sorry for your loss.
