Lost slots despite having white scroll

had a 116 atk 3 slot stonetooth that i was going to continue scrolling.

was going to white scroll, bought one, and it was in the last slot of my inv, wasnt prompted to use the ws and i lost a slot

used another scroll under the same circumstances to make sure i didnt screw up and the same thing happened

so now its 116 atk 1 slot

found out about the last slot ws glitch just now, but i think i should get my original sword (116 3 slots) back as well as the scrolls i used.
