Unfortunately never took any screenshots of my store since I never thought something like this would happen. I played the original Maplestory for years and this has never happened. I believe some of the items were sold, but the main items I didnt get back were (18) 30% two-handed sword scrolls priced at 17,999,999 mesos each (18 mil each) and (1) 30% wand for magic att priced at 22,999,999 mesos (23 mil). I've been stocking up on these for awhile but now frederick completely lost them. I was wondering if there will be any compensation since I have heard other players have had similar rollbacks too. This is a fantastic server and I would hate to see players quit because of errors like this although I understand things like this can happen. Thanks
This happened to me as well (not sure if I should create my own thread or report it here). I know I had at least a 6 tma pgc and 30% earring for INT scroll in my shop that I no longer have when I retrieved my items from Fredrick recently. I don't have any mesos to retrieve either so the items could be missing or if they were sold the mesos are lost somewhere.
