Hello GM, I just did my run with red envelopes and all went well. I decided to run gasha on my other charter and it went all well. i did 105 gasha tickets on my mule 'Daigarun' and i received white scroll. when i wanted to sell my white scroll in my shop i suddenly found out that my white scroll was missing. Ik now that i did try to scroll a warrior top with cheap 60% topwear str scrolls and it still has 1 slot out of 7 and i used 6 scrolls only. I did use the skill on my mage to scroll the top but i dont hope that the system automaticly added the white scroll to this equips since it was unwanted. We all understnad that you wont use a 550mil white scrol on a item not even worth 10mil and the scroll 4mil. can you pelase help me out with this please since it is allot of money for me and i spend allot of time to get the red envelopes for the nx. Thank you
I'm sorry, but we don't refund lost white scrolls that are due to player error, and without any sort of evidence to back your claims up, there's nothing to follow up on.
Hello shane, thank you for you reply but i would like to respond to it. In my eyes this is not a fair answer and something how this situation / issues should happen let me elaberate but i understand it wont change your answer. I played EMS and GMS in the past so the orignal games and i scrolled with shite scrols on them too. On the original server you had to use the white scrol yourself or enable tthe option to use a white scrol and there was a fail safe in place to let you know you were about to use a white scroll so there was no optino to get a accidental white scroll. In this case the server made the decision for me without me knowing of it to use a white scroll. In my eyes a player has the choise to use the scroll and not the server itself automaticly. Atleast turn that off or create any warning message when you are about to scroll to avoid these issue since based on my research allot of players are affected with by this. Additonally i would like to point out that this kind of situations are huge reasons why players might have the feeling they need to cheat their way through the top by either hacking or RWT or just to quit the server since what they worked so hard to get is gone in a second by again in my eyes something easy to fix and to overcome. Just to be clear i am 100% against any form of cheating and i am a honest player and stating ohh there is not proof well just check the logs like you always can do. You can see all chat logss all purchase loggss all sales loggs all scroll logs and what we press i know this since i also work with databases / servers. Thank you for your time again and for the reply and i hope you guys take this feedback and work with it since again i had to grind 4 hours day for 6 straight days to get the envelops which now is gone in my eyes due to a fail in the system.
