IGN: RainbowRush Problem: lost 3 WHite scrolls from inventory Details: Hey there I sold a 8 wa Clean PGC for 9 ws, and proceeded to purchase and set up a shop selling 3 of the ws . However, when I re opened the shop to reprice the Ws, I dropped it back into my inventory and it disappeared ! I’m left with 6 now . Could you please help me ? Thank you !
Nope ! Not that I can remember ! I also never use white scrolls - haven’t used any for at least 2 years ! It was pretty clear what happened because once I closed my store to reprice the scrolls they disappeared ! There were 6 in my inventory and 3 in the store. I put 3 into the store at 549m each but after owling I realized the price was higher than most so I closed the store to reprice them. When I reopened the store to reprice the scrolls I realied that 3 were gone. There also wasn’t anything with Frederick
An admin has verified that there are no white scroll merchant sales for the character RainbowRush. Since dragging items into your inventory does not cause them to go missing, we cannot offer a refund as your problem is not the result of a bug on our end. Friendly reminder: Keep white scrolls in your storage at all times if you're not planning on using them!
Hi Sof, Yes there haven’t been any white scroll sales ! However the scrolls literally disappeared before my eyes when I reopen the store . Someone else has had the same problem as me but with Gold teeth - would really appreciate it if you could look into the possibility of it being a bug .
Hi Sof, Would appreciate it very much if you could look into this - as mentioned in the previous reply, something similar happened to someone else on the same day - and there have been no sales of white scrolls for me and I did not scroll anything on that day. Thanks
