IGN: Neolakia Problem: Potentially Missing NX Details: I believe I am missing NX on my account, is it possible to view vote logs or cash shop logs to check transactions or balances? In the case of voting but not receiving the NX, I would imagine that would be untraceable as there would be nothing logged? The majority of these votes would be at the start of 2017, when MR was transitioning to the new source, and I stopped playing and voting shortly afterwards. I just voted prior to making this post, and the NX was properly accredited, so I have the right IGN. I have also not logged on (at least I don't remember doing so) since the new source got released, so 5 years now. The game is currently downloading as I am typing this post. Not sure if having an inactive account matters or affects anything. To whoever takes the time to investigate this issue, please let me know if you need further details. Thanks for your help!
Would be easier for the Admins to investigate if you can provide an estimation of NX missing Example: "I have voted from 2017 to 2018, so that would be an estimation of (365 days * 8k) 2.9m NX that went missing"
That's the thing though, I'm not 100% sure if there is actually any NX missing. I believe there is, but it's been 5 years so I could just be senile. The best approximation I have is end of 2016, more likely start of 2017.
you have 105 total votes, the majority of them are in 2017 when you still played, then 6 votes in 2019 and then you started voting in june 2022 again so you might not have saved up as much as you thought
