+1 Btw, is the trap box supposed to trap 3-5 people at stage 2? Had some unstableness to LPQ as well with some people d/c'ing. (In my case, I pressed heal and d/c'd right after).
Technically only 1 should go in - the one who hits it. But sometimes i find my other party members in with me for no reasons.
Trap stage is supposed to have everyone but one person wait behind in the previous map. One person goes in, hits the box to get warped to the different map, then they say 'clear' in pt chat and everyone follows in after its clear.
I don't think that making the PQ accessible with less people is the way to go. I may be wrong but i believe one of the reasons PQs are accessible to higher level people is so you can find people who interested in doing it more easily (That itself kills the entire PQ experience for me. You can do the PQ really fast with just a mage/DK in your party and it kills all the fun. But i guess this is a topic that goes in another thread). Since you can access the PQ at any level you can do it at anytime without having to worry about missing the opportunity to get the PQ exclusive rewards. In the end those who do the PQ just to level are the only ones dealing with the lack of people doing the PQ. There is also the fact that Stage 8 needs at least 5 people on the platforms with numbers so if the number of people that had to be in a party had to get lowered i don't think it will get any lower than 5 people (so you would be searching for other 4 people instead) without making any changes to the PQ stages themselves. Honestly i don't think its worth messing around with the code just so you search for 1 less person. If i were to suggest any change to the PQ it would be making the PQ worth the time for those in levels 35-50. Then again i believe it's already a good source of EXP in that level range. The problem is more about the fact that there is a lack of influx of people because character creation/new registration is disabled. All things considered i think it's too soon to speak of making changes to the PQ when the server it's still trying to stabilize. It's better to wait until all things go back to normal before attempting to make any changes.
A fair point. I still do believe lowering requirement to 5 is better than 6. If you're me, you struggle to find people
