There's no reason you aren't able to complete the 1st stage, as many others have. I recently monitored a LPQ run about 2 days ago, and they proceeded with no problems. Perhaps you don't understand how LPQ works, in this case the 1st stage. You're supposed to kill all the rats, collect the yellow tickets (pass), and hand it to your party leader.
At first I did believe that was the issue. so I went and sat down until door appeared. watched entire team go through, and still was unable to pass
Seems to me you used a bugged skill. Try consuming a potion as it'll "unstuck you" and you can then enter the portal.
