I just did a PQ where every combination was wrong. We thought we may have missed a code, so we ran through every combination again. Every code was wrong again. I am wondering if it's possible that there could be a bug here. I've never had this happen before in the hundreds of LPQs I've done in royals. I know what I'm doing and can assure you we did not mess up-- twice in a row.
