    I'm currently leveling a new character and I noticed that you can only exchange 30 Lucky Charms twice to Rita Lawless.

    Has this recently changed or is it a bug because I remember there was no limit on the amount of Lucky Charms you could exchange.

    Has been changed. Deputy star can only be made once per character too
