Not Bug Lvl 23 gets no leech exp from Ligators in KPQ

IGN: KushilyIma (lvl 23 archer).

As far as I remember, I can get leech exp from lvl 21 when other party members are killing the ligators, correct me if i'm wrong?
I'm killing Ligators with my lvl 139 bishop, and my lvl 23 archer gets no leech exp. Is this a bug?

(Passing on to next stages gives me the stage's exp, so it's just the ligator leech exp which i'm lacking from the first stage).

 

Ligator is level 32 so you would need to be level 27 to get leech
