Mac Address Ban help me ~

    2 account get banned with same reason
    IGN : xBilly / Raor
    Last thing i did : Server restart and fix some bugs then i log out from server
    Why do i think got banned : i don't know -_-ll
    Ban massage attempting to logging : No Mac Address

    i played MapleRoyals more then 1month with my home Wi-Fi but this problem is first time i get. after i log out from server ( because server restart / fixing bugs) ,after that then i get banned by No Mac Address..i don't know why will get banned by that reason
