Closed MAC Address Ban

    Last thing he did: Afking in NLC and logging off to switch over to my merchant account.
    Why does he think he got banned?: No idea, someone told me that this dc at character issue is due to MAC address ban.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" at character selection screen. It was fine logging in and everything, but get dced at selecting a character.
    What GM banned him (optional): N/A
