    Hi.
    I kinda hijacked this thread.

    So am I banned?(IGN: Joker)
    would like to see the MAC in question, and also the time of incident.

    I do not have more than one account, nor do I own or have any connection to the character named 'bulb'.

    And yet I cannot login with my characters...

    Edit: I can now login successfully.
    Is there anything I can do on my part to prevent this from happening again?
