Closed MAC ban on account.

    Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Character Name: Leens
    Additional Information:

    After i select my character and click "Start" or double clicking over it.. it shows me this message:

    I guess it's a MAC ban.
    I haven't play since halloween events.
    So i'm back from taking a break and now i wanna play again.
