Closed MAC Ban?

    Last thing you did: Try and select my character
    Why do you think you got banned?: N/A
    Ban message when attempting to log in: No ban message, but when I attempt to select my character I dc. I had a snoop around and realised that this is due to being MAC banned. I'm not as familiar with computers to know what this means but I was hoping a GM or any staff would be able to help me in my current situation so that I'd be able to play in this server. Thank you.

    The reason why you're unable to login is that you're MAC banned. You share a MAC address with 3 accounts which were banned for hacking, one which was banned for ban evasion and one which clearly was made by one of the hackers after he/she was banned. Perhaps you can tell us who KingLoob, Stwnah and Whataplayer belong to?

    Thank you for notifying me of this. I'd like to point out that this is my first time playing on the server and am only wanting to play the server for the nostalgic experience from back in the old days. I'm not aware of any of these accounts that have been banned under my MAC address. If staff are unwilling to unban my MAC address I would understand but hope to be able to play in the server.

    From my personal knowledge I don't know anyone else that may have played on computer except for my little brother. Except he is 7 so I highly doubt he hacked in your server.

    Is it possible that this problem maybe fixed soon? I'm sorry to seem impatient but I really would like to play on this server.

    No I currently only have one computer which is my desktop. So I only play MapleRoyals on this account.
