I play Royals on Mac and sometimes use Parallels + Windows XP bc it's more stable Earlier I switched from Parallels to the normal Wineskin Mac client and was MAC banned. (yet again) If I could get that lifted or explained that would be great. I understand that my MAC address reads 00:00:00:00:00 and that's why I keep being auto MAC banned but it only happens in select cases and I'd like to find a permanent solution at some point. EDIT: Just to clarify, I also know that it can be a different network adapter causing the issue and I have everything else using the connection disabled.
Try now. I've posted in staff chat asking for a longer term solution if possible, btw. Not being a dev, I don't know what is/isn't possible in terms of solutions, though. Hopefully Matt, John, Kevin or Chokladkakan (who is exceptionally good at dealing with database-related stuff) will be able to do something.
