Closed Mac ban

    I've been told that I have a MAC ban, but this is the first time I ever play on this server.
    My elder brother and I used to play EMS before big bang and I don't know whether he played this server or not. I cannot ask him anyway.

    If I have a perm ban, is there any way for me to play?

    If you have been permanently MAC banned, then no, the MAC ban won't be lifted.

    The account that was banned not only has the same MAC address as yours, it also has the same date of birth.
