    Why do you think you got banned?: i think it was a MAC ban, happened before but i just waited a while for it to work again maybe same this time but we will see

    For some reason, you don't have a MAC address. Do you have any idea why this is?

    I have no idea, would it have to do with just the computer or router thing?

    I'm looking into this, because I'm not sure myself what the cause is. Theoretically it's to do with the computer itself, but it's most likely something is masking the MAC address. However, for now, I've done a temporary fix. Please try logging in.

    EDIT: You should be able to login now, but next time you are unable to login because of a blank MAC address, you will need to investigate what is causing your MAC address not to display and fix the problem.
