The character who got banned for Mob Vac not only played from the same computer as you, but they have a suspiciously similar username and the same date of birth. I rest my case!

 

Since you've taken to PM-ing me about your ban, I thought I might as well post it here in the proper place so other members of staff can intervene if they feel it reasonable to do so.

Well,to summarize all of this.
I used to play this game,i took a break,came back forgot my old account details and opened a new account,and discovered that I was banned because I could not login to my new character.
so, I took it to the ban appeal section and meanwhile played my new account and apparantely I'm not allowed to do so,i know that not knowing the rules is not an excuse so I admit that its my fault.
that's my case.
tl;dr
I am not a hacker, I am guilty of "ban evading" because I was sure that its a mistake and I wasn't paitent to get an answer.

Correct, you are not allowed to play a new account if you have been banned on an old account. To be more specific, you are not allowed to play unless you are found to have been banned in error. When you sign up for a MapleRoyals account, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. This is stated very clearly when you create an account, so we do not accept ignorance of the rules as an excuse.
