MAC Banned Appeal

    Last thing you did: Transferring unused equipements/ stuffs within my own account using the Henesys storage NPC to my other two characters.

    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea what a MAC banned means, but John told me I am MAC banned and advised me to post here for appeal.

    Ban message when attempting to log in: Able to log in until the characters selection screen and instantly disconnected immediately with the message "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later"

    What GM banned you (optional):

    I would like to seek advice for the cause of MAC banned?
