Closed Mac Banned?

I believe I've been Mac Banned based on the troubleshooting thread.

Not sure why, I only use windows 7. If I could get this clarified/lifted that'd be greatly appreciated

 

You're correct in that you've been MAC banned, but it looks very much like it's a ban in error. Have you used hamachi or done anything that might result in a different adapter MAC address recently?

If you've used hamachi, please disable it.

 

Okay I'll disable hamachi, but I've always had hamachi running, is there anything else I need to be careful of?

Edit: Oh, sometimes I switch between two routers when one starts acting up, is that the cause of the problem?

 

Try disabling hamachi first and let us know if that fixes it. It's possible that the reason you ended up MAC-banned is because someone using hamachi recently got banned.

 

Exiting Hamachi does not allow me to get into the game, but uninstalling Hamachi allows me to get into the game. Is there a way around this? I would like to keep hamachi installed if possible.

 

Not that I'm aware of, but maybe @Matt or @John will know. Do you need Hamachi for another game?

 

You can leave Hamachi installed but you need to disable the network adapter whenever you want to play Royals.

I think this video will do the trick: if this doesn't work, just Google disable Hamachi adapter
