Hi, so. I'm kinda having all the trouble in the world installing the mac client, I used several Wine programs (Wineskin, playonmac, crossover, etc....) and the bloody thing still dosent work. I have another private server client that does work, but the game version is 0.8, not 0.62.... I tried copying and pasting both clients, I searched everything i could find, but the most updated mac client that i could find on this forum is from 2016 (and yes i did try to install it, the full setup and the .exe). so i guess ill start with a simple answer... Is there a person that is running this client on mac nowadays? (and yes i tried installing other private servers and pasting the new files ontop of them, but i could have easily fucked it up, so help plz)
Mapleroyals isn't supported on Mac.. you'll have to run it on a parallel or virtual machine to play it.
Wait. You mean it’s not supported now? Becuase I’m 100% sure that it was supported. Becuase a gm made a forum about it.
From the new source update and onwards there's no mac support. This has been the case since january 1st 2017.
Don't know what interesting stuff you mean, but this server will not run on a mac without a virtual machine/ parallel
