    i press login and freeze ,cant do anything ,and nothing happened

    do you use some sort of loopback adapter to connect to the internet (mapleroyals)? that would have to be disabled in order to play

    No,my PC never use it
    But l've tried to use VPN after i first time freezed in login because i think maybe problem is my ip is from Taiwan
    Then i can log into the game and create a charater ,but still cant connect to the sever when i press "select a character"
    Can u check if i got banned?

    Thats not my character
    Did he login with the same ip to me?
    I live in a student apartment,and this whole building shared the same internet ip
    Im not sure if anyone else play this game in my place too
    Maybe u can ban his account but not the ip

    The character in question has a very similar username to yours and a near-identical email address. I think it's reasonable to assume that the character is yours.

    I greatly doubt anyone is pretending to be you, unless you share your account information with other people, so the only reasonable conclusion I can draw from the evidence is that you hacked and are trying to deny it. Enjoy whichever server you move to!
