Not Bug Magical Mittens missing

    I am sure I got my magical mittens after the server restart and placed it in the 1st row of my equip tab.
    I didn't really bother about it when I saw it disappear because I assumed it was exclusive to happyville or something and could always get it back later.
    Upon revisiting the NPC, I noticed that I couldn't receive a new pair and I'm not sure about what to do to receive a new pair

    It just shows the progress bar till snowman spawns

    If you try and enter the map and you don't have a Magical Mitten he will give you one.
