Add the following features: Create an NPC that allows players to exchange AP Resets for 10 or 100 APR bundle items (these items are non-usable and non-droppable). These APR bundle items can be traded between players, and then exchanged into usable APRs by talking to the same NPC again(such as B-coin) This design allows the system to track APR transactions more effectively and helps reduce concerns about multi-vote abuse. With 9 slots in the trading window, players can trade up to 900 APR at once, making the process much more convenient.
